Although for minor repairs, we may be able to provide a cost estimate offsite, our onsite assessments are important to ensure the estimate we provide includes any potential unforeseen additions to the scope of work, recommendations and budget analysis.

After the onsite and detailed assessment of what you your needs are, we provide a written estimate that includes a full breakdown of the scope of work allowing for budget analysis and review.

Once you have reviewed the estimate and any any adjustments are finalized and we receive your approval, we will provide scheduling options convenient to you!

Upon completion of renovations or repairs, we ensure that you are satisfied with the completion and invite your feedback so that we can guarantee you have had great experience our services.
