Although for minor repairs, we may be able to provide a cost estimate offsite, our onsite assessments are important to ensure the estimate we provide includes any potential unforeseen additions to the scope of work, recommendations and budget analysis.
NO-COST ESTIMATES
After the onsite and detailed assessment of what you your needs are, we provide a written estimate that includes a full breakdown of the scope of work allowing for budget analysis and review.
TIME TO BOOK
Once you have reviewed the estimate and any any adjustments are finalized and we receive your approval, we will provide scheduling options convenient to you!
WORK COMPLETION

I was looking for a contracting company to do a small reno in my basement to remove signs of an old bathroom that used to be there. I found Creekside Contracting and couldn't have been happier. Making appointment for an initial look and estimate - super easy and great communication with their back end management. Estimate totally reasonable. So day comes and Shane shows up on time and ready to go. He is a great guy and easy to talk to and listened to me (a non-reno person) but any ideas or concerns I might have had he took into consideration and answered all my questions. Work was done super fast (was surprised really) and more than exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
